Lingua Fest: French Cultural Show for Class VIII was organised on 14th July 2026 to commemorate Bastille Day. Participants presented a two-minute first-person portrayal of a renowned French personality, highlighting their life, achievements, and contributions to France and the world. The event aimed to foster creativity, confidence, and a deeper appreciation of French history, language, and culture.
Students delivered impressive performances by incorporating expressive acting, costumes and detailed props. Several participants further enriched their presentations with musical performances and cultural elements, making their portrayals engaging and memorable. Their confident stage presence and effective use of voice modulation brought historical personalities to life and captivated the audience.
The competition provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their communication, presentation, and performance skills while deepening their understanding of French culture. Overall, the event was a remarkable showcase of talent, creativity, and cultural learning, leaving both the audience and judges thoroughly impressed.
