3X3 Basketball Open Tournament 2024

Sports and physical education is the best cure for students to lead a healthy lifestyle. The significance of sports for students extends beyond physical activity, offering valuable life lessons and opportunities for personal growth. The school acknowledges the benefits and foster students to actively participate in numerous competitions. With the same belief, the students took part in the 3X3 Basketball Open Tournament 2024 held at Lok Vihar Anand Vas (near Kohat Metro Station) from 28th to 29th June, 2024. The students showcased their passion and dedication during the event, demonstrating strong stamina and teamwork. The event provided a valuable experience for the students, shaping their skills and setting a strong foundation for future growth and success. 3rd Inter State Judo Championship 2024-25

QVS believes in the power of embracing challenges as stepping stones towards growth and success. This belief was once again validated at the 3rd Inter State Judo Championship 2024-25. The prestigious event took place at the City Judo and Physical Academy, Faridabad on 12th May, 2024. The championship was a part of the Delhi State category. The queens demonstrated exceptional skills and determination, resulting in commendable performances.

Yogathon 2024

In the bustling halls of the school, where academic adventures take a center stage, there exists a dazzling tapestry of co-curricular activities that weave together the holistic development of a student. Considering this aspect, QVS consistently encourages the pupils to take part in various competitions, fostering a culture of involvement and growth. Pragya Mudgal of VII-E has brought laurels to the school by securing second position (Under-12 to 17) at Yogathon 2024 held at N.K Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi on 6th April 2024. She had displayed her exceptional talent at the event and had also showcased her invaluable qualities-discipline, sportsmanship and endurance. The school also extends special congratulations to Sheryl Pradhan for being declared the Best Player of the tournament. As the best player, she has left an indelible mark on all those, who had witnessed her stellar performance. Congratulations! Goranshi Yadav of class X-A, took part in the 38th Youth National Basketball Championship 2024 held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, from 9th to 15th April, 2024. Her participation in this esteemed event underscores her dedication to the sport and her willingness to strive for excellence on a national level. She held her ground, giving her best until the final whistle, a true testament to her grit and determination. QVS is immensely proud of you! Keep reaching for new heights!

Beyond the scoreboard, it shapes character, fosters friendship and makes a child active. QVS leaves no stone unturned when it comes to take part in competitions, especially in sports. This year the queens took part in the JSSA 3X3 Basketball Tournament 2024 held at Delhi Public School, Ghaziabad, Meerut Road on 14th April,2024. The students had dedicated countless hours for the preparation, pouring their energy into each practice session and striving for improvement every step of the way.
