CBSE Cluster Taekwondo Championship 2024-25

“Taekwondo is a journey, not a destination. It’s a path to self-discovery, self-improvement, and self-mastery.”

– Grandmaster Kong Young-il

Taekwondo is a holistic martial art that integrates physical skill, mental focus, and spiritual growth. Emphasizing the development of inner strength and character, Taekwondo trains practitioners to harness their energy, discipline their minds, and cultivate self-awareness. Through its dynamic kicks, patterns, and sparring, Taekwondo builds physical fitness, coordination, and mental resilience, while imparting valuable life skills like respect, self-control, and teamwork.

By participating in the CBSE Cluster Taekwondo Championship 2023-2024, held at Convent of Gagan Bharti School, Uttam Nagar from 16th to 19th September, Bhavya Rawat demonstrated mastery of these principles, securing 2nd position in the Under-19 category.
