Kabaddi is a sport that requires both physical strength and mental toughness. The game demands speed, endurance, agility and tremendous effort. Kabaddi is one of many games that teaches discipline, instils the spirit of teamwork and helps in developing patience in the players. CBSE CENTRAL ZONE TENNIS TOURNAMENT (U-19)

The queens have proven themselves once again at the CBSE CENTRAL ZONE U-19 GIRLS fest in the CBSE Central Zone Tennis Tournament (U-19). The tournament was held at A.S.N Senior Secondary School in Mayur Vihar from November 26th to 29th, 2022.

With the same objective, the cadets of QVS attended the NCC Camp at Safdarjung Enclave from 25 August, 2022 to 1 September, 2022. A variety of competitions like Throw Ball, Debate Competition, Culture competition and drill were organised at the camp to nurture enthusiasm among the young cadets. Shining Rope Skipping Stars of QVS

Bal Bharti School, Dwarka hosted the South-West District Rope Skipping Championship-22, which was influenced by the honourable Prime Minister’s Fit India Movement. This was held on May 12, 2022. Schools from all over Delhi, including Queen’s Valley School, attended the event.
